Tray measurements and suggestions on what to use to make it

My tray measurements: 55cm width x 39cm depth x 9mm thickness.

My tray was made out of two pieces of PVC fascia off cuts, we had left over from doing our house roof.  But you can use anything light: Plastic sheets, plywood, MDF, chipboard.
